Railway Rivals

Railway Rivals is a board game designed by D.G. Watts in the late 1970s, as a teaching aid in his geography lessons.

There isn't much on these pages, but I do have a copy of the third edition rules (dated 1980), which reads easier, and plays better (in my opinion) than the latest set of rules (sixth edition).

Notable changes between the two sets of rules:

A blank A2 landscape hex sheet for designing your own maps.

zipped Corel Draw 8 format.

ANSI standard CGM format (in case you have a different drawing program)

Coming soon: Some more maps in PDF format to print out and play on. (not official maps, but maps designed by myself and family.)
